Coconut Almond Balls
Coconut Almond Balls
Ingredients
2 cups medool dates, chopped finely
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Almonds
1/4 cup shredded Coconut (4%)
Method
Blitz all ingredients except the coconut in a food processor.
Form into balls and roll in coconut.
Let sit on parchment paper in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Also freeze very well!
