Summer Mango Salad with Chilli Lime Dressing
Ingredients
1 Mango, chopped
1 can Chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1/2 bunch Mint, chopped
1/2 bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 Avocado, chopped
Sprouts
1/4-1/2 tsp Japanese Chilli powder (Shichimi Togarashi)
Juice from 1 Lime
2 Tbls Maple syrup
Method
In a small bowl whisk together the lime juice, maple syrup and Shichimi Togarashi together.
Add all other ingredients together and toss to combine.
Pour over dressing and serve.
