This is a great sauce for tofu "fish" fingers or cakes. Obviously mix up amounts for your own taste.
Dill Mustard Mayonnaise
Ingredients
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 Tbls English mustard (less if you want less heat)
2 Tbls chopped dill (or 1 Tbls dried)
Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
Method
Whisk all ingredients well.
