McCool's, Utah

When husband told me we were going to an Irish pub I was expecting another meal of fries and salad (if I was lucky) but McCool's is awesome! Not only did they have a couple of vegan options but they also have gluten free/vegan bread! Plus the staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable about what was in everything which is such a welcome change!

This was my delicious gluten free and vegan portobello mushroom burger...

This is the cool interior...very Celtic wooden chic ;)
