Tangy Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/4-1/3 cup GF oats
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
2 Tbls walnuts
Method
Add oats, cranberry juice and bananas to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Add blueberries and walnuts before ser ving.
If you want added sweetness add a drizzle of maple syrup or agave syrup.
