2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup corn grits/dry polenta
Salt to serve
Bring water and 1/4 tsp salt to boil.
Reduce heat to medium and add in corn grits.
Stir for around 2 minutes until mixture thickens to batter consistency.
Remove from heat and add in desired extras.
I usually put in 1-2 Tbls vegan butter and 1/4 tsp salt.
