Our Vegan Thanksgiving 2013

This was my first thanksgiving so I wanted to try out some stuff I hadn't cooked before such as Tofu Turkey and Pecan Pie. Was a delicious meal...just too much for the two of us!

  2. Hope you find something useful Suraj! Cheese is one thing that is hard to replicate...I find the nut based vegan cheeses to takes the best! I'm still experimenting myself!
