Hot Cocoa
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Tbls Cocoa powder
2 Tbls agave syrup (or sugar)
2 cups (250ml) rice milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1/8 cup water
Vegan marshmallows (optional)
Method
In a small saucepan heat water, cocoa powder and agave syrup on a medium-high heat and whisk until melted.
Add milk, whisk through and heat on medium until mixture is hot but not boiling.
Serve with vegan marshmallows!
Using homemade marshmallows...
For a Xmas variation, a couple drops of food grade peppermint essential oil and a vegan candy cane are hard to beat ;)
